It had cherries in it. She said they were for me. Then Steven asked Maggie if she told me they were for me to help me feel better. My heart leaped inside. I instantly felt better. I grabbed a cherry and ate it. It was good. The rest of the day was nice and I didn't feel any stress. It's amazing how much one simple act can change someone's attitude. I am truly grateful for that. So next time you see someone with a bad attitude, or they are really stressed, one simple act from you could change their day and help them feel better.

One Simple Act
That's all it takes, one simple act. It can change someones day for the better. Yesterday was a crazy day. I was so stressed I wanted to scream. I was a mess trying to get things done one time. Then I went to the church for worship team practice. I was stressed through the whole practice thinking about all the other things I had to do that day. After practice I went to the office to do secretary work. I still had to clean the church and go to the store for mother's day, I was not in a good mood. Steven came into my office and asked me what was wrong. I told me how stressed I was. Then he left to go talk to James about the edger or something. Anyway he came back to talk to me more about work. A few minutes later Beth and Maggie came in the church. Maggie was holding a colander and came up to me.
